The Lisbon Merchants Training Program is the Lisbon City Council's latest initiative to boost and strengthen local commerce.

The program's implementation is supported by SBI Consulting and consists of two areas of action - training and individual coaching. The program aims to provide practical knowledge and personalized support to business owners in the sector in the areas of financial management, marketing, and digitalization.

The training component includes in-person or online training sessions, held after work hours (7 p.m.), with experts in various fields, from financial management and business plans to marketing, social media, and e-commerce.

These initiatives will provide an opportunity for retailers to acquire essential knowledge for the sustainable management of their businesses, making them more resilient, competitive, and adaptable to the new demands of the market and the city.
