Finicia Program

Finicia is a program launched in 2016, promoted by IAPMEI, which facilitates access to financing and technical assistance for business creation or early-stage companies with distinctive business projects that are close to the market or have potential for economic appreciation. Among the existing solutions, microcredit and municipal microfinance are notable.

To guarantee access to financial resources, the State, through IAPMEI, shares the risk of these operations with venture capital firms, banking institutions, mutual guarantee companies, and business angels.
