Hospitality Open Innovation
Hospitality Open Innovation is an international open innovation program promoted by Unicorn Factory Lisboa, with the support of Turismo de Portugal, within the scope of the FIT 2.0 Program – Fostering Innovation in Tourism.
The program aims to accelerate the adoption of innovative technological solutions in the hospitality sector, promoting collaboration between startups and hotel groups, such as Pestana Hotel Group and Feel Group Business & Hospitality.
Over six months, selected startups will test solutions in a real-world context through the implementation of pilot projects that contribute to improving the guest experience, increasing operational efficiency, driving digital transformation, and promoting more sustainable practices, addressing real operational challenges:

The initiative enables the testing of new technologies, accelerates the digital transformation of the sector, and supports startups in expanding their operations and accessing the global market.
