In this practical session of Comércio+, you will learn how to create engaging content that sparks customer interest and communicate strategically on social media and digital channels.
You will explore simple and accessible tools for planning seasonal campaigns (such as Christmas, sales, or special days), increasing engagement and customer loyalty through small daily actions, and measuring results to understand what really works. This is practical training, with real-life examples and exercises designed for local businesses.
Important note: Participants should bring their own laptop to apply the exercises in real time to their own business.
