SBI Consulting is looking for a Management & Innovation Consultant to join the team and support the execution of projects in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, and management support.

Ecosystem dynamism, where we coordinate and energize incubators, design and implement ideation, acceleration and open innovation programs, as well as other innovation and capacity-building projects;
Startup acceleration, through management consulting at different stages of their development, including financial models, business plans, financial management support and securing funding (namely through investors);
Support for the management and financing of SMEs, through strategic planning, internal control and financing support.

🎯 Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in areas such as administration, economics, finance, innovation, entrepreneurship or related fields (preferred);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Profile
Practical, proactive, autonomous, and highly solution-oriented profile;
Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills;
Ability to adapt to different projects and contexts;
Ability to work logically and structurally, combined with creativity in problem-solving;
Enjoyment of dynamic and multifaceted environments;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Comfortable in both individual and collaborative work, including client contact and event participation;
Genuine interest in management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Main responsibilities
Support the execution of consulting projects in the areas of management, innovation, and entrepreneurship;
Work with startups and SMEs at different stages of development, from early to more advanced stages, at different levels of management support and financial areas;
Collaborate in the conception, planning, and implementation of acceleration, training, and innovation programs promoted by incubators, entities, and partners;
Support the management and development of incubators and entrepreneurial communities;
Develop content and support materials for projects, programs, and events (communication, presentations, strategic documents);
Support the organization and operation of events and initiatives;
Participate in events within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, focusing on learning, representing SBI, and developing synergies;
Contribute to the internal organization, project monitoring, and continuous improvement of SBI's processes.
