Application period:
The application period begins on September 30, 2025, with analysis and decisions being made in the following stages:
• Phase 1: completion on December 30, 2025 (5:00 p.m.)
• Phase 2: completion on March 31, 2026 (5:00 p.m.)
Funding:
Total call allocation: €57,000,000
The funding rate for eligible operations is obtained by applying a 40% rate to eligible expenses and, in the case of COMPETE 2030, a 50% rate for applications submitted in Phase 2.
Eligible actions:
Support is available for internationalization operations of SMEs' business models aimed at adopting more advanced business strategies that increase integration capacity into global value chains, through actions in the areas of:
Knowledge, prospecting, and presence in foreign markets;
International marketing;
Online presence and e-commerce;
International brand creation and promotion;
Organizational innovation related to business practices or external relations;
Quality and specific certification for foreign markets.
Minimum total eligible expenditure: €200,000
Duration of operations: 24 months
Incentives:
Maximum incentive to be granted per operation and per beneficiary:
Phase 1: €300,000 (except NUTS II Algarve)
Phase 2: €150,000 (except NUTS II Algarve)
