From Start-To-Table
From Start-To-Table is an international acceleration program promoted by Unicorn Factory Lisboa and supported by Turismo de Portugal that, since 2018 and over six editions, has helped position more than 135 startups in the market.
The program seeks innovative solutions that modernize the F&B and restaurant industries, including concepts that help automate processes, minimize waste, manage actions, orders and deliveries, menus, human resources, payments, marketing, and improve the customer experience. It also seeks entrepreneurs and projects that aim to develop the food of the future and launch new products in the F&B market, addressing emerging food trends.
In alignment with Unicorn Factory Lisboa, SBI Consulting was responsible for the design, implementation, and promotion of this program in all its editions, as well as its growth and constant improvement, bringing ever greater value to the ecosystem and the startups it supports.
EEPA 2025
From Start-To-Table was distinguished in 2025 by the European Commission in the national phase of the European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA), having won in the “Digital Transition Support” category.
In each edition, up to 20 startups are selected with solutions for the restaurant ecosystem integrated into one of two categories – Restaurant Technology or New Sustainable Food & Beverage Products – where, during the acceleration process, they benefit from the opportunity to validate and develop the prototype of their solution together with the program's partners and mentors; to access an exclusive group of mentors and experts in the restaurant and food sector; to obtain support, tools and resources to start expanding their business; and to participate in various initiatives, such as workshops and inspiring lectures, within an experienced and dynamic community.
