PorMafra

PorMafra is an initiative of the Mafra City Hall, with the main objective of providing specialized and free support to businesses in the municipality, providing support in the area of management and digital transformation.

The SBI team was responsible for defining the concept, prioritizing, together with the Mafra City Hall, a strategy focused on digital transformation, simultaneously preparing and training small businesses in the management of these new paradigms.

The initiative was implemented with two levels of intervention. The first, through the provision of personalized support by companies specialized in Management, Marketing, and Digital Transformation, among others, as well as through webinars on various topics and essential tools to support SME management.

The second, through the launch of a mobile application (app) and a loyalty card called Cartão MAIS to encourage retailers to build loyalty and attract new customers, allowing them to earn points that can be exchanged for discounts or exclusive benefits at participating establishments, thereby inherently boosting the municipality's economy and encouraging shopping at local businesses.
