Startegy

Startegy is an intensive program, designed and implemented by SBI, promoted by Mafra City Council and run by the Business Factory team, focused on acquiring knowledge and sharing training tools, with the aim of perfecting and developing a business idea, building a concept and identifying market opportunities, structuring a business model, defining an action plan to minimize risks and optimize the success of implementing a project. 

In addition to this valuable knowledge, which allows them to go from idea to business in just three days, participants also have the opportunity to map out their entrepreneurial profile, understand their characteristics and the challenges they have to overcome, allowing them to value their abilities and strengthen their skills efficiently.
