Mafra Sustainability Month

Mafra Sustainability Month is an initiative of the Mafra City Hall that, through the Business Factory, brings together business leaders, industry experts, and academics to discuss and share innovative ideas, relevant case studies, and concrete strategies for integrating sustainability into corporate practices.

The initiatives of each edition, based on a plan designed and implemented by SBI, range from the Sustainability Walk, open to the public and highlighting the importance of the pillars of sustainability in the municipality; debates and conferences on sustainability in companies aimed at all companies and entrepreneurs in the municipality seeking innovative ideas, relevant case studies, and successful business strategies that positively impact society and the environment; and visits to several companies in the municipality, revealing how sustainability is an important ally in the economic and financial growth of some companies in the municipality.

For a month, we reflect and debate the importance of sustainability as a strategic and priority development area for companies and explore how they can become drivers of positive change and, through their operations, positively impact the world around them.
