EmpreendAzores

Launched in 2023 by Startup Pico in partnership with SBI, EmpreendeAzores was created as a training program focused on ideation, training, and encouraging local entrepreneurship. It is aimed at new entrepreneurs seeking to gain knowledge on how to build and manage a successful business.

Over three days, participating entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to reflect on their personal entrepreneurial profile, identify market opportunities, and develop a business concept or idea associated with that opportunity.

In addition, knowledge is shared on adopting a methodology for structuring and developing a business model, defining an action plan to minimize risks and optimize the success of project implementation in the market.

The experience also includes group activities and an exchange of ideas between experts and local entrepreneurs, as well as a discussion session with local founders of successful businesses who share their experience and insights on business opportunities in the region.
