How can I better organize my business day-to-day?

"How can I better organize my day-to-day business? Digital tools for more efficient retail store management?" is the fifth session of the training program launched by the Lisbon City Council for local merchants, Comércio+.

Led by Artur Madeira, Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategist, the session, scheduled for July 15, 2025, at 7:00 pm in Largo de São Julião, is designed for small merchants and entrepreneurs who juggle multiple daily tasks and struggle to keep everything organized.

This training session is designed for merchants who want to simplify their business management using accessible and practical digital tools. Simple solutions will be presented to improve day-to-day organization, from customer management (CRM), to sales and inventory control, to results analysis. The goal is to help participants save time, reduce errors, and make more informed decisions.

Registration

Comércio+ is a program led by SBI Consulting designed to strengthen local businesses through training sessions (in-person and online) and specialized support in various areas, from business management to digitalization and marketing. If you are a retailer or industry employee in Lisbon, this initiative is for you!

Intended for all retailers, regardless of experience or seniority. Participation is free, with limited capacity and registration required.
