"How do I better manage my retail business?" is the first session of the new training program launched by the Lisbon City Council for retailers in the municipality, Comércio+.

Led by Marta Miraldes, Managing Partner at SBI Consulting, the session, scheduled for April 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM, focuses on practical topics that allow for improved business management, as well as optimizing resources, controlling costs, increasing profitability, and making sounder financial decisions to ensure sustainable growth.

Comércio+ is a program designed to strengthen local retailers through training sessions (in-person and online) and specialized support in various areas, from business management to digitalization and marketing. If you are a retailer or employee in the sector in Lisbon, this initiative is for you!
